Victoria will listen to how the vibrations from tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a gong interact with the energy of your body. The vibrations from rhythmic drumming will calm the nervous system and induce a parasympathetic state. She will then use techniques to balance the energy centers in the body with sound, essential oils, and mantras. This 60-minute session is intended to leave you feeling revitalized.

Victoria will start with a brief meditation to help the group arrive and settle into the space. 7 Chakra tuned crystal singing bowls, various gongs, chimes, seed instruments, Tibetan singing bowls, a wave drum, and many others will be played throughout a 75 minute sound bath. Disconnect from the outside world and dive inwards to experience deep relaxation and a nervous system reset.
