105 minutes of movement and relaxation which will surely leave you and your guest feeling rejuvenated and blissful. This offering starts off with a 45-minute yoga flow opening up the body to receive the vibrations from a 60-minute sound bath. Victoria will play instruments such as gongs, chimes, chakra tuned crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, seed instruments and many others to cultivate a deep meditative environment. The ultimate reset our minds and bodies desperately need.

Yoga asana is the practice of connecting poses with breath, unifying the mind and body. When we are aware of our breath, we arrive to the present moment. The past is a story we tell ourselves, along with the future. Now is the only time that exist. This ancient practice has changed my life in so many incredible ways and I would love to help guide you through strengthening your connection to all facets of your being! YOGA - You will need a yoga mat, water bottle, sweat towel, and an open heart. If you'd like to bring props such as yoga blocks, a blanket, a strap or bolsters, they are welcomed but not necessary.
YOGA & SOUND BATH - In addition to everything you'll need for a yoga class, you should bring a pillow, blanket and anything else you might want to get extra cozy!
Not at all! Victoria will demonstrate and help guide you through the entire class. She will offer cues and instructions to guide you into shapes and transitions. Its most important to have fun without expectations or judgements of yourself!
Victoria offers vinyasa yoga at different levels. Gentle vinyasa is ideal for beginners or anyone who is looking to slow down amidst the fast pace of life. Taking a few breaths in each pose allows you to settle into the shape and feel the sensation of your body. This is more of a meditative flow with transitions that strengthen. Vinyasa flow connects poses with breath to attain balance in the mind and body. Each sequence builds upon the previous, steadily evolving deeper postures as the practice unfolds. Power vinyasa is an empowering and strengthening practice moving from one posture to the next rapidly. This flow is more dynamic than meditative. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practive as the student is challenged to surpass their edge. Expect to sweat!
